Couples Therapy

Illinois & Indiana · Telehealth & in-person

Neuroaffirming couples therapy supports partners in building healthier communication, deeper understanding, emotional safety, and stronger connection while honoring each individual's neurotype, identity, sensory needs, and lived experiences. Services are designed to help couples navigate relationship challenges without pathologizing neurodivergence, focusing instead on collaboration, compassion, and practical support.

This approach may support couples in which one or both partners identify as autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, highly sensitive, learning disabled, or otherwise neurodivergent.
