$250

Late cancellation fee

24 hours notice or less

We understand emergencies and illnesses happen. Every client gets one freebie per calendar year for emergencies that result in less-than-48-hour notice. Exceptions are made for extreme circumstances such as dangerous weather, a death in the family, or hospitalization. If you're not feeling well but want to keep your session, we can switch from in-person to telehealth.

If you do not show up for a scheduled session and have not contacted us before the start time, you will be charged the full session fee.

$350

No-show fee

Or your agreed-upon sliding scale or self-pay rate

Repeated unjustified cancellations or repeated no-shows will result in being removed from the schedule. All late cancellation and no-show fees are charged to the card on file.

How payment works

Payment and billing

Full payment is due at the time of your session. We require a valid credit or debit card on file for all clients. This card is charged for session fees, copays, and any late cancellation or no-show fees as they accrue.

If you're unable to pay at any point, please tell us. We may be able to offer a payment plan, sliding scale, or refer you to lower-cost services. Outstanding balances may pause or stop sessions until resolved.

For additional details on payment processing and billing practices, see our Consent for Services.
